A CDIO Education Model for Hospitality Management in Context of Artificial Intelligence and Informatization

INTRODUCTION: Currently, demand for travel in China remains strong, and the tourism industry continues to grow. In post-epidemic era, China's is recovering prospering, which also means that needs talent. As talent increases, basic hotel management training gradually becoming most significant factor affecting development of applied professionals.
 OBJECTIVES: To enhance online higher education based on Internet promote informatization teaching; solve current problems deviation between theory practice majors inability students engage related professions; fusion CDIO model traditional model, fundamentally improve quality teaching majors.
 METHODS: study, firstly, literature research theoretical are used conduct a detailed survey mode; then, academic results compare with mode summarize existing conventional professional education; finally, information technology measured through empirical method learning management.
 RESULTS: There currently program; can better overall understanding on-campus practice-based learning, off-campus self-study skills than average.
 CONCLUSION: The concept content idea standards CDIO, Bachelor's degree hospitality management, direction feasibility constructing were explored. importance referencing values leadership conjunction progressive curriculum renewal, course design was found.
